Help with Registration
You can apply for a free test account with up to 5 hours of usage time. The usage is flexible within a 30-day period. During this time, you will have access to the full web working environment of eAssistant, including all modules, project management, as well as opening and saving projects.
After these 30 days, any remaining time credit will expire and your trial access will be automatically deactivated. You can therefore use the test account as long as there is remaining time credit within the 30-day period. Once eAssistant has been used for a total of 5 hours, the test account’s time balance is considered fully consumed. An extension of usage after the trial period is only possible by purchasing a flat rate plan or an hourly package.
How Registration Works
Click on “Registration/Login” in the top right corner of the homepage and then select “Registration.” Then follow the link “Please click here for a free test account.” In the next step, the terms of use will be displayed, which you must accept. After that, the Project Manager will start.
Please enter all required user data here. After clicking “Send the registration now,” you will receive an email with a confirmation link.
Please open this link to confirm your registration and activate your account. If you do not receive an email, please also check your junk or spam folder. Private users should enter “Private” in the company name field.
Login Details
After successful verification, you will receive your password by email. It is usually sent within a few minutes, but at the latest within 24 hours.
Username and Password
The username and password can be chosen freely. Please note that the username cannot be changed after registration.
If the desired username is already taken, you will receive a corresponding notification.
Login and Usage
After receiving your login details, you can sign in via “Login” in the top right corner. The Project Manager provides the following functions:
- Selection of calculation modules
- Management of your files
- Adjustment of address data and password
Working in eAssistant
After logging in, you will be taken directly to the project management area.
- “New calculation” starts a module without a file
- “Open calculation” starts a module with a selected file
Using the context menu (right mouse button), you can create, delete, or copy projects and files.
